Refund policy

Every EveryPaste license comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it isn’t right for you, you get your money back in full. No questions, no forms.

How to get a refund

• Email hello@everypaste.app within 14 days of buying, from the address you bought with (or include your order number).
• That’s all. You’ll get a confirmation once it’s done, usually within two business days.
• The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.

What happens to the license

A refunded license key is turned off, and EveryPaste stops working on the Macs that used it at its next license check (within a day). Your clipboard history stays on your Mac; it just stops being shown and saved.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days aren’t guaranteed, but if something has gone wrong, such as a double charge or a problem we can’t fix, write to hello@everypaste.app and we’ll make it right.

Discounted and early-bird purchases

These have the same 14-day guarantee. You get back what you paid.

Who handles payments

Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. They take the payment, issue invoices and handle sales tax and VAT, and refunds are paid back through them. If you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank, please write to us first: it’s faster for everyone.
